Free 12 week 
recreational track program

CUCO Track Club is now offering a FREE 12 week recreational track and field program for the community. In this program kids will receive basic instructions and training in speed drills, running mechanics, long jump training, shot put, and javelin training. 

​

Program will take place each Sunday afternoon from 1:30-3:00.

​

Athletes must wear proper athletic clothing, running shoes, and have a water bottle.

​

Fill out the form to be added to our Free recreational youth track team and to our groupme for communication purposes.
