Good evening CUCO. This is Leili, Jameson’s mom. Was talking to another parent the last meet and thought instead of bringing plastic water bottles, we can fill up the water cooler with water from gallon jugs to cut down on waste. Kids seem to only take a few sips from their water bottle before leaving it behind and it ends up in trash.
If you’re able to bring something for the team to share, here’s some healthy snacks the kids could use:
Oranges/apples
bananas
Pretzels/Peanut butter pretzels
Granola Bars
Pickles
Dried fruit/trail mix
Gallon bottles of water (8-10)
