This weekend we have a track meet in Orlando at Dr Phillips High School. If you haven't registered yet it's $28 registration fee due asap. So far these are the names that we have registered for this weekend.

Practice this week we will be available every day but Friday check the calendar. Mon through Thurs for those can make it.
This week we will start branching off more and working on different things. Grouping sprinters, distance runners, jumpers, relays and we will start working on throws events tomorrow.

Prepare to arrive by 7:30 am
Athletes will get race numbers and wristbands from team moms upon arrival for entry. Parents and spectators pay at the gate.
Set up in our tent area around the track or in bleachers.
Athletes get warmed up in time to check in for their events.
Events will be on a rolling schedule once the meet starts. We will listen for the announcers call for each event to check in.
Kids must stay off feet and out the sun so they don't get drained before their events.
FOOD
