Our Program

All Ages Welcome: We accept athletes aged 5-18, regardless of experience level.

Flexible Training: We practice three days per week to accommodate busy schedules. Our training sessions are designed to challenge athletes of all abilities, from beginners to elite competitors.

Competitive Season: Our season runs from February through the summer, culminating in district, regional, and national championships. We provide opportunities for athletes to compete at various levels, including local meets, AAU regional championships, and USA Track & Field national championships.

ABOUT US
C.U.C.O
Welcome to C.U.CO Track Club We are the Jacksonville beaches only youth track and field program. Located in Atlantic Beach, Florida our team's name C.U.C.O (Chin-Up Chest-Out) represents everything that our team stands for. Our goal is to teach youth athletes discipline, determination and dedication through a competitive track and field program in a team building environment.
We compete in the AAU (Amateur Athletic Association) & USATF divisions during our spring competition season which runs from Feb-June and then our post season which includes state qualifier, regional qualifier and the national championship AAU Junior Olympic Games. Cuco Track Club is a 6th year program, with years of coaching experience in youth sports. We have produced national champions for the last 5 seasons.
Winter conditioning begins on October 17th-January 17th and our spring season trainings are held at Mayport middle school, and Jack Russel Park on Tuesdays and Sundays from 5:30-7:00. Athletes should wear comfortable running shoes, athletic clothes and be hydrated. In the event of dangerous weather coach O or team mom will contact parents via team app, text, call, email and or social media.
